The Rules of the «Online Payment» for Medical Services at SOS Kazakhstan LLC

Owing to the "Online payment" you are given the opportunity to pay for services through the bank payment cards and payment systems: Visa International, MasterCard International and American Express (hereinafter - the payment cards).

Payment is made through an authorized server of JSC "Halyk Bank" using its protected WEB- portal https://epay.homebank.kz.

"Online payment" for services carried out in Kazakhstan must be taken in Tenge. The minimum amount of the online payment is 100 Tenge.

Could you please enter the information into the table - name, invoice number and the amount of payment. Name and Last Name should be specified for those that are billed (invoice).

! ATTENTION:

For safety of the payment, the payer must enter details of his/her Payment Card and its identification code (CVV2 / CVC2 / CID) ONLY Online JSC "Halyk Bank" -  https://epay.homebank.kz

For processing of the online payments your bank may charge additional fees. Operator is not responsible for an additional fee taken by your bank or international payment system. We recommend you to contact your bank prior to payment.

For safety and security of the electronic payments via the Internet some banks might request 3D Secure Code. Perhaps, after the insertion of your credit card’s data you will be asked the 3D Secure Code. In case of absence of 3D Secure code you need to request one from your bank.

JSC "Halyk Bank" requires the 3DSecure / SecureCode in case payment is greater than US $ 50 (or equivalent in tenge) it shall be configured through www.homebank.kz or direct appeal to the payer bank.  If the payment amount is less than 50 US dollars (or its equivalent in tenge), the 3DSecure / SecureCode is not requested.

After pressing the "Pay" button Customer will be redirected to the protected WEB-portal of the  electronic payment - https://epay.homebank.kz, located on the server of JSC "Halyk Bank", where the Customer must enter the data of his/her Credit card.

Online payment is made only after entering the Customer’s data protected by WEB-portal https://epay.homebank.kz after inserting special code of dynamic identification of the Payment Card and its successful authorization by the Bank.

At the same time, we draw your attention to the fact that in order to reduce fraudulent transactions (payments) risks the Bank does not grant authorization if the number of transactions (payments) with the use of any particular payment cards will be more than three (3) transactions (payment) within one calendar day.

Payment made to the wrong number or sum incorrectly will not be returned!!!
